Mistreated by an irresponsible master, Max, an unwanted dog, ends up being cowardly abandoned, tied to a tree, on the side of an isolated road... To the great despair of two orphaned twins, Simon and Marie-Ève, who had become attached to it. After a day of torment, Max is attacked by a pack of dogs that have turned wild yet do not fear humans: weredogs! Max manages to free himself and kills one of them. The pack doesn't hesitate to eat the vanquished and adopt the victor, it's their law!

For his part, wildlife officer Maxime Daigle has already had to deal with this type of "monsters"... He organizes a cull to exterminate them. Several are killed, but Max flees with a few survivors. Chased by Daigle, they spread terror in their path... Until one day, Max finds his former master, the legal guardian of the twins. Its six hound buddies will help him to take its revenge!
